Step by step

Install a player from the App Store
On Apple TV we recommend iPlayTV, a one-time purchase. On iPhone and iPad, IPTV Smarters Player Lite or the Prime IPTV player are free and work well.

Choose to add a service
In the app, choose Add playlist, Add user or Login with Xtream Codes. The wording differs from app to app but the fields are the same.

Enter your Prime IPTV login
Type the server URL, username and password. On Apple TV, the iPhone keyboard prompt that pops up makes this much faster.

Wait for channels and guide
The app loads your channel groups first, then the guide. Large guides can take a minute on first launch.
Things that help
- On Apple TV, set Match Content to Match Frame Rate in Settings, Video and Audio for smoother sport.
- AirPlay from an iPhone to an Apple TV works, but installing the app on the Apple TV directly gives a better picture.
