What we do
We run the servers and the channel line-up behind Prime IPTV, and we look after the people who watch it. That second part is most of the job. A good stream on a Tuesday afternoon is easy. A good stream during the fourth quarter of a playoff game, with half the country watching, takes spare capacity and people keeping an eye on it.
How support works
There’s no ticket system and no bot. You message us on WhatsApp, a person reads it and replies, usually in a few minutes during the day and evening (US Eastern time). When it’s a setup problem, we’ll ask for a photo of your screen, because that’s faster than twenty questions.
What we’re not
We’re not Amazon, and we have nothing to do with Prime Video. We also don’t make the “Prime IPTV” player app you’ll find in app stores; that’s a separate developer. We explain how the two fit together on our Prime IPTV app page.
