What we collect
When you message us: your phone number or email address, your name if you share it, and the content of the conversation.
When you order: the plan, the payment confirmation and the date. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
When you use the service: your login, the number of active connections and basic technical logs (such as IP address and connection times), which we use to enforce screen limits and fix problems.
What we don't collect
We don't record what you watch for marketing, we don't sell personal data, and this website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies come from the Crisp live-chat widget, which stores a session ID so your chat history stays in place while you browse.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept for as long as you're a customer and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can handle renewals and refund questions. Technical logs are deleted after 30 days.
Third parties
We use WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, Crisp for the live chat on this website, a payment provider for payments and a hosting provider for this website. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing support@primeiptv.us.com. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone.
