The basics
What is Prime IPTV?
Prime IPTV is a live TV subscription that streams over your internet connection instead of a cable or satellite line. You get 24,000+ live channels, 120,000+ movies and series, and a 7-day TV guide, and you watch it in an IPTV app on a Firestick, smart TV, phone, computer or set-top box.
Is Prime IPTV the same as the Prime IPTV app on Google Play or the App Store?
No. The Prime IPTV app in the app stores is a video player made by an independent developer, and it comes with no channels at all. Prime IPTV (this site) is the subscription that supplies the channels. You can load your Prime IPTV login into that player, or into TiviMate, IPTV Smarters and most other IPTV apps.
Does Prime IPTV have anything to do with Amazon Prime Video?
No. We share a common word and nothing else. Prime IPTV is an independent service and isn't connected to Amazon in any way. Your Prime Video account and your Prime IPTV subscription are completely separate.
Do I need a cable box, a dish or a contract?
None of the three. If your TV can run an app, or you have a Firestick or Android box plugged into it, that's all the hardware you need. Plans are paid up front for 3, 6 or 12 months and don't renew on their own.
Trial, plans and payment
How does the Prime IPTV free trial work?
Message us on WhatsApp with the device you'll use, and we send a 24-hour login, usually within 10 to 20 minutes. It's the full channel list and the full library. We don't ask for a card, and the trial just stops after 24 hours if you don't order.
How much does Prime IPTV cost?
One screen costs $19.99 for 3 months, $39.99 for 6 months or $49.99 for a full year, which works out to about $4.17 a month. Extra screens cost less than a second plan: 2 screens for a year is $79.99, for example.
How do I pay?
You order on WhatsApp and we send a secure payment link, with the payment options listed before you pay anything. Your login details arrive as soon as the payment clears, usually within a few minutes.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Tell us within 14 days of paying and we'll fix it or refund you. Most problems turn out to be a setting in the app or a slow Wi-Fi spot, and we sort those out with you on WhatsApp. The refund policy page has the full terms.
What happens when my plan runs out?
The login simply stops working on the last day. Nothing renews automatically. If you want to keep going, message us and we extend the same login, so you don't have to set up your apps again.
Watching
Which devices does Prime IPTV work on?
Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones, Windows and Mac computers, MAG boxes and Formuler boxes. Roku is the one awkward device; our Roku guide explains the workaround.
How many screens can I watch on at once?
Between 1 and 5, depending on the plan you pick. A 2-screen plan means two different devices can play at the same moment. You can install the apps on as many devices as you like; only simultaneous streams count.
What internet speed do I need?
About 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for Full HD and 40 Mbps or more for 4K, per screen that's playing. A wired connection or a 5 GHz Wi-Fi band makes a bigger difference than most people expect.
Is there a TV guide and catch-up?
Yes. The guide covers the next 7 days, and many major channels keep the last 72 hours available as catch-up. How the guide looks depends on the app; TiviMate shows it best.
Can I use Prime IPTV when I travel?
Yes. The login works wherever you have a decent internet connection, in the US or abroad. Hotel Wi-Fi can be slow at peak hours, so a phone hotspot is sometimes the better option.
Does Prime IPTV buffer?
On a healthy connection it shouldn't. Our servers have spare capacity on game nights, which is when cheaper services fall over. If you do see buffering, our guide to fixing it covers the usual causes, and support can switch you to a different server.
