Refund policy

Try the free 24-hour trial first. If you then buy a plan and it doesn't work for you, you have 14 days to ask for your money back.

The short version

Message us within 14 days of paying. We'll first try to fix the problem with you. If we can't, or you've simply changed your mind and have barely used the service, we refund the payment to the original method.

What's covered

The service not working on your device after we've tried to help, regular buffering on a connection that meets our recommended speeds, or channels you were told we carry not being available.

What isn't covered

Requests after the refund window; accounts suspended for sharing beyond the plan's screen limit; one-off interruptions during a single event; and fees paid to third parties, such as player app activation fees.

How long it takes

We confirm refunds within 2 business days. The money usually reaches your account 5 to 10 business days later, depending on your bank or payment provider.
